Return & Exchange Policy
At peachpetals.in, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfactory. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide store credit or gift cards for exchanges under the following conditions.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Only, No Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are allowed.

Exchange Window: Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

Video Proof Required: To process an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video of the product showing the defect or issue.

Courier Charges: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange. We do not provide pickup services.

Condition of Product: The item must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Gift Card Policy
- Instead of refunds, we offer gift cards that can be used for future purchases.
- Store credit or gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
- After 90 days, unused store credit or gift cards will expire and cannot be redeemed.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If canceled within 24 hours, a 100% refund will be provided in the form of store credit or a gift card.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or altered products.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Minor color variations (due to different screen resolutions).
- Items purchased on sale or with discounts of 20% or more.
Process for Exchange

Inform Us: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product with a video of the issue.

Approval Email: Wait for an exchange confirmation email before sending the product.

Ship the Product: The customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.

Inspection & Exchange: Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue a replacement or a gift card for future purchases.
